Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Lab Technician to strengthen our laboratory workforce. Our lab is fully dedicated to developing highly-sensitive assays for various applications, ranging from diagnostics to basic life-science research, in collaboration with various R&D partners and customers. In this job your work will contribute to continuous improving of our instruments and the validation of our technology for potential customers.

The Lab Technician is responsible for conducting laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses under the supervision of the Head of Analytics. This position plays a crucial role in supporting scientific research, ensuring accurate and reliable data generation, and maintaining the overall efficiency of laboratory operations. If you enjoy working with new life-science research technologies, hold a BSc in a related field, and are passionate about contribution to the developing of new assays, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for bio-analytical instrumentation, including data acquisition, analysis, and control systems.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, and product managers, to define software requirements and specifications.

· Implement and optimize algorithms for data processing, image analysis, and instrument control.

· Develop intuitive and user-friendly GUI interfaces for instrument control and data visualization.

· Ensure software reliability, performance, and scalability through rigorous testing and code optimization.

· Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, debugging and optimizing code as needed.

· Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in bio-analytical instrumentation and software development.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g. BML, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline).

· Affinity with using complex laboratory instruments and software for data analysis.

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions and protocols.

· Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Effective verbal and written communication skills.

· Familiarity with laboratory safety practices and regulations.
